Renovations
Renovations recently completed:
- Complete renovation of auditorium, including plaster,
paint, and new carpet.
- Updating of office space for staff, including paint and
carpet.
- Replacement of compressors for HVAC system.
- A Polycom HDX 7000 High Definition Video System used in
producing distance learning oportunities for the community
outreach programs.
Phase I:
- Creation of an upstairs modern Dining/Vendor Exhibit Hall
that preserves the heritage of the building. (75% completed)
- Established the John A. McCulloch faculty meeting room.

Phase II:
Completion of Lab B for multidisciplinary hands-on programs to include:
- New ceiling, new walls, flooring, wash facility and restrooms.
(Underway)
- New state-of-art distance learning center. (Underway)
- 8 Surgical Suites each equipped to resemble a small operating
room. (Underway)
- Construct new elevator that would allow access to all floors.
Phase III:
- Installation of new-handicapped accessible restrooms and
locker room facilities.
- Construct a new refrigerated cadaver storage area.
- Construct new loading dock and storage areas.
